Super cooked breakfast every morning, fresh-cooked, not greasy and served promptly by the very nice ladies who also do all the housekeeping. A welcoming atmosphere and rooms always nicely cleaned with tea and biscuits topped up. Room was warm and cosy with plentiful hot water for shower, a fridge, kettle and microwave, plus set of crockery, all making for a great base. Plus helpful and friendly reception staff; I felt safe and cared for. The location is good for the university and for essential shops to buy groceries etc. Store St has some nice places to eat out but room having microwave means one can buy ready-meals at Tesco or Marks & Spencer. Definitely recommend and hope to use again for my next visit.

Regency House is our home away from home. We have been staying here for over 20 years. While it is not a 4 star hotel, ( and it does not claim to be) it is perfect for seeing London without spending a fortune. The hotel rooms are comfortable, with a mini fridge and a shower/ bath with hot water. Our room even had a microwave! Their breakfasts are included and delicious. The full cooked breakfast is never disappointing. Location is also great! A 5 minute walk to the British Museum and 15 minutes to Covent Garden. Plenty of underground stations nearby. We walked to Euston Station to get the Eurostar to Paris in 15 minutes. We love it here! Staff are the best!!!

We were a bit sceptical after reading some reviews - Nothing to worry about. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was lovely and big. Furnishings were stylish. Comfortable bed & good bathroom. Ground floor was nice after many places with tight narrow staircases. Location was great. Many pubs & restaurants within a short walk. Regents Park was a short walk and a beautiful place to stroll around. We also walked back from Camden Market which wasn't that far away. A delicious full hot breakfast included which was a nice way to complete our stay.

Location was fantastic, very central with lots of nearby shops and transport links. Yet somehow it was still quiet. Bed was super comfortable and the important things (toilet, shower and bed) were kept clean and tidy. Fresh towels every day and decent working facilities like mini fridge freezer, kettle and aircon. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and endeavoured to make our stay enjoyable. There was also a lovely outdoor seating area out the back which I think many would miss which would be a shame as it was particularly nice.

We had a cosy & very quiet room at the rear of the Hotel... & on the ground floor too! Lovely! The room was clean and tidy and looked out onto a beautiful patio. The curtains were lined with blackout material and kept the room nice and dark. The Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious (full English) and very filling - our thanks to the Catering Staff! 😘
